We collect information in two ways: directly from you when you interact with our site, and automatically as you browse.
When you complete the Career Clarity Quiz, subscribe to our newsletter, book a strategy call, or enroll in a program, you may provide us with your name, email address, phone number, and information about your sales career experience and goals. This information is submitted voluntarily and is used to deliver the services you request.
The quiz also collects your answers to three career-stage questions (years of experience, current situation, and primary goal). These responses are used solely to generate your personalized program recommendation and to route your lead record to the appropriate follow-up workflow in our CRM system.
When you visit our site, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is collected through standard web analytics tools and cookies. It is used in aggregate to understand how visitors interact with our site and to improve the user experience.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
By checking the consent boxes on our Career Clarity Quiz, you may opt in to receive text messages from Surviving Outside Sales LLC. We operate two separate SMS programs:
These messages relate to your program enrollment, scheduling, and account activity. Message frequency varies based on your program status. Standard message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving these messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP.
These messages may include information about new programs, special offers, podcast episodes, and career resources. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. To stop receiving these messages, reply STOP at any time. For help, reply HELP.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any program or service. You may opt out of either or both SMS programs at any time without affecting your access to our services.
We use GoHighLevel as our customer relationship management (CRM) platform. When you submit the Career Clarity Quiz or newsletter form, your contact information and quiz responses are transmitted to GoHighLevel via a secure webhook. GoHighLevel processes this data on our behalf and is contractually bound to protect it. You can review GoHighLevel's privacy practices at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels for retargeting purposes. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the services you have requested, maintain our business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
