Program formats, delivery methods, duration, and pricing are described at the point of enrollment and may vary. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.
Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our site or enrolling in a program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Enrollment in any program is subject to availability and, where applicable, acceptance by Surviving Outside Sales LLC. Completing the Career Clarity Quiz or booking a strategy call does not constitute enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or the first installment of a payment plan) and written or electronic confirmation from us.
Program pricing is disclosed at the point of enrollment. We may offer payment plans at our discretion. All fees are stated in US dollars. Payment is due as specified at enrollment. If you elect a payment plan and any installment is not received within 7 days of its due date, we reserve the right to suspend your access to program materials until the outstanding balance is resolved.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with your purchase. We will collect sales tax where required by law.

You agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any program materials, recordings, frameworks, or proprietary methods — including the P3 Sales Method — without our express written permission. Program materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates these Terms.
All content on survivingoutsidesales.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, program frameworks, the P3 Sales Method, podcast episodes, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Surviving Outside Sales LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.
